[What is the most shocking thing after debuting?]

Having appeared on Music Station! (Appearing) together with Arashi-san, it was heartening. At the moment I said the lines, “Sexy rose…” Matsumoto (Jun)-kun who was in his seat cheered me saying, “Wuooy!” and helped to enliven (the set), it made me happy. For those who had recorded it, if you increase the volume, I think you will be able to hear it.

[On the day before the debut, what were you thinking about?]

A lot of people came to the event on the other day, I was deeply moved! Due to the hand shake event, “These many people came and supported us!” I really felt encouraged by it.

[What was the reaction from your family members and friends?]

For my family, they bought 5 copies of the CD, and for the card inside it, “(We/I) got Kento-kun.” “If it comes to this, then we have to collect everyone’s cards as well,” they continued (lol). From my friends too, I’ve received mails saying, “I will buy the CD ne!” My friends from school are really filled with good people. Especially now that I’m in Middle High year 3, we’ve really become closer. But, just a bit more and it’ll be graduation~. Lonely!

[In Christmas parties, what is the (main) point to look out for when singing “Sexy Zone” in karaoke?]

If it is my parts, then expectedly it will be the line “sexy rose”. For the word “rose”, you’d have to clearly say out the “se” part, (note: it is hard to explain in English because of the way the Japanese language is. Basically, in Jap it will be “roozu”, with a prolonged ‘o’ due to the double ‘o’ in it. What Shori wants to say is that you’d have to clearly say out the ‘zu’ part as well) and after that line, you have to add “…” as well, (in short) to put in the mood is the point (lol). Often, I get asked, “That line, isn’t it embarrassing?” but I am totally fine with it! I’m already used to it (lol). Also, of course, you cannot forget the rose (flower). You cannot use the maracas in exchange of it yo (lol). Before you go for the karaoke, please properly buy 5 stalks of rose (lol).

[What is something that you’d always have in Christmas?]

My family doesn’t really do parties, but there will be a cake. Speaking of cakes, in last month’s edition of Winkup’s (shooting) place, a birthday cake was prepared and I was crying loudly and this episode got recorded, by seeing that only I would seem to be a cry baby ne. But it’s totally wrong! Ever since I entered middle high school, that was my first time crying. Before the debut, I was a bit insecure, and on that day, the shooting was carried out hastily, I didn’t think (WU) would prepare a birthday cake for me. Everyone’s feelings were so warm that without thinking my tears started flowing out. But I’m not a cry baby yo!

[In 2012, it will be this kind of year!]
